Incorporated in Niles Michigan in 2008, Parts Fuze. will enjoy a long future of growth and prosperity by fostering personal relationships with customers and aggressively marketing our products and services. In the early days, outside salespeople and telemarketing sales promotions put Parts Fuze. on the exterior body kit map. Aided by an expanding marketplace, a new computer system, and by gaining national exposure, AIT Body Kit Manufacturers were represented by Parts Fuze. In the first stages of this company, a new warehouse facility was built in Niles, a new location has been saught in many other places, and Parts Fuze Inc. entered the export market for exterior body kit parts.
As technology changed the way businesses went to market in the early 2000s, we set out to position ourselves on the "cutting edge" of industry change. Over the next five years, we focused on utilizing technology to increase efficiencies and better market our products and services. We streamlined work processes, improved productivity, and allocated more resources to expand our export and web-site businesses. By researching and investing in growth strategies that were new to our industry, or remained underdeveloped, we began to generate sharp sales increases year after year.
While at starting stages for us was a good start for our company. Our revenue and productivity growth have driven exceptional bottom line performance. Strong sales and rising profits have provided the financial flexibility to invest in new products, add inventory to support new product warranty, and implement a new computer system designed specifically to support our Web Site businesses. The order entry system will allow our retail consumers and our wholesale dealers to research model numbers, check sales promotions, place orders, and receive vital information and services on-line.
We believe the strength of our company is our geographic location and the dedicated people who work for our organization. While we have substantial market share in the Chicago and Indianapolis markets, our Midwest location allows us to ship UPS within two business days to a large segment of the U.S. population. From New York to Nebraska, and Minnesota to Alabama, we are positioned to supply our customers with products in a fast and efficient manner. We aim to fill 98% of all line items ordered from current inventory. We ship all orders received by 3:30pm (est) in a one to two day manner. We double-check every order that is shipped for part number and quantity accuracy. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best value of any supplier in the industry.
